I have been amazed at the response that I have experienced with the Touch of Life care that I have received. I have had knee pain for 30 years, back pain for 15 (years), and foot pain due to plantar fascititis for 1 year. Even after only a few adjustments, the pain in all my joints has decreased. My flexibility has improved and I am hopeful that I will continue to show improvement and can avoid knee replacement surgery...I also am amazed at the kindness of the staff, which is also (an) essential part of a recovery program.

I have endured what seems to have been a life time of pain in my lower back and legs. Having tried numerous health care resources, I was skeptical that I could find relief for my pain. In fact, I would not have chosen chiropractic care had a trusted friend not recommend Dr. Tim. After receiving several treatments, my pain has diminished significantly.

Two years ago I had "no" real life. Oh, I was breathing, working, etc, but my quality of life was ZERO. I was unable to walk longer than 10 minutes before having to find a place to sit down, I was in pain the majority of the day and night; even doing laundry was difficult for me - just could not bend over, could not lift even a laundry basket. To get up in the mornings I had to roll to my side, drop to the floor on my knees, pull myself up with the help of the bed and then try to get to the bathroom, usually could not make it.

I started acupuncture after a horrible back procedure gone wrong. Acupuncture was a real "save" for my life, but not enough. After a year and 6 months, I began (having) problems with my hips. I was told of Dr. Stranahan by my acupuncturist and began my body adjustments.

What can I say - I have had a life with no quality for so long and now - 3 months into my body adjustments I have lost 34lbs, can walk 45 minutes, can climb stairs, can hold my grandchild, pick her up, clean my house, work my garden, mow lawn, work my office job and get out of bed "ready" to go. My life has just begun after years of being "nothing". I listen to my body, I react to what it says. I have learned so much from my acupuncturist and Dr. Stranahan. They have given my life back to me...
